Micheladas
Chuper Michelada
Our signature creation — a fully loaded michelada with our house mix, clamato, chamoy rim, Tajin, shrimp, and your choice of beer. This is the one that started it all.
Original Michelada
The classic done right. House michelada mix, fresh lime, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and a salted rim. Simple, cold, and absolutely satisfying.
Mangoneada
Bright and bold — mango puree, chamoy, Tajin, and our michelada base swirled together for a sweet-spicy-tangy sip that hits every note.
Pepino
Crisp cucumber slices muddled into our michelada mix with lime and a chile salt rim. Cool, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink.
Tamarindo
A deep, complex michelada built on tangy tamarind concentrate, chile, lime, and our house mix. Sweet heat in a glass.
Chamoy Michelada
Double down on chamoy — our house michelada mix swirled with a generous pour of chamoy and finished with Tajin and a chile candy straw. Sweet, salty, and spicy all at once.
Clamatos
Original Clamato
Pure and classic — chilled Clamato tomato-clam cocktail served over ice with lime and hot sauce. The refreshing base that all great micheladas are built on.
Campechana
A loaded seafood cocktail with shrimp, octopus, and imitation crab mixed into Clamato with lime, onion, cilantro, avocado, and a hit of hot sauce. Refreshing and filling.
Vuelve a la Vida
The cure for what ails you — shrimp, oysters, octopus, and fish in a zesty Clamato base with lime, cilantro, and cucumber. Bold flavors that live up to the name.

Torta Milanesa
Crispy breaded chicken or beef on a toasted telera roll with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, avocado, jalapeños, and crema.
Torta Ahogada
A Guadalajara classic — carnitas stuffed into a crusty birote roll, drowned in a rich, spicy tomato-chile de arbol salsa. Messy in the best way possible.
Torta de Carnitas
Slow-cooked pork carnitas piled onto a bolillo with black beans, pickled jalapeños, onion, avocado, and salsa verde.
Tacos de Birria
Braised beef birria in crispy fried corn tortillas with onion and cilantro, served with a rich consomé for dipping. Two tacos per order.
Tacos (each)
Street-style corn tortilla tacos with your choice of asada, al pastor, or pollo. Topped with onion, cilantro, and your choice of salsa.
Quesadilla de Asada
Large flour tortilla filled with carne asada and melted Oaxacan cheese, griddled until golden and served with guacamole and salsa.
Quesadilla de Pollo
Grilled chicken and melted cheese in a crispy flour tortilla. Served with sour cream, pico de gallo, and fresh guacamole.
Loaded Nachos
A mountain of tortilla chips piled with melted cheese, slow-cooked beans, pico de gallo, jalapeños, crema, and your choice of protein. Perfect for sharing.

Elote en Vaso
Sweet corn kernels in a cup with mayo, crema, cotija cheese, chile powder, and a squeeze of lime. A street food classic.
Tostilocos
A bag of Tostitos loaded with jicama, cucumber, cueritos, hot sauce, lime juice, chamoy, and Tajin. Salty, spicy, tangy chaos in the best way.
Chicharrones Preparados
Puffed chicharrones topped with lime, hot sauce, chamoy, and Tajin. Light, crunchy, and impossible to put down.
Fruta con Chile
Fresh seasonal fruit — watermelon, mango, cucumber, and jicama — seasoned generously with Tajin and a splash of lime juice. Cold, refreshing, and vibrant.
